An antique Lover's Knot brooch, circa 1870, given in the Victorian era as a symbol of love and unity. Four interlocking circles are detailed with pretty wirework in the Etruscan Revival style. Pinchbeck was created by the clockmaker Christopher Pinchbeck in 18th century to resemble gold and is a form of brass, copper and zinc alloy.
