A vintage sapphire ring with diamond set shoulders, the cushion oval cut dark sapphire centre is estimated to weigh 1.10 carats. The sapphire is accompanied by three brilliant cut diamonds on each shoulder, estimated to weigh a total of 0.15ct, and a white gold leaf leading to the yellow gold band. Inside the band is an 18ct gold London hallmark with the date letter G for 1981.
