An exquisite antique brooch with diamonds and sapphires set to open work platinum foliate scrolls. To the centre of the brooch is an old mine cut diamond estimated to weigh 0.85ct to a double row cluster of more old cut diamonds, the estimated total weight is 4.50cts. Ten cushion cut sapphires highlight this brooch and there is a gold pin brooch fitting to the reverse.
