A rare vintage aquamarine and diamond ring with cabochon top aquamarine which is and faceted underneath, also known as a buff top cut, estimated to weigh 7.50cts is bezel set in gold. On either side of the aquamarine are a row of diamonds, estimated to weigh a total of 0.30ct, set in white gold. There is a super comfy flexi band on this ring which consists of five rows of 18ct yellow gold tapering links.
