A stunning naturalistic diamond set leaf ring set with old mine cut diamonds in silver to an 18ct gold. The diamonds are set along the delicate veins of the leaf and are estimated to weigh a total of 0.70ct. This antique leaf was once part of a brooch but has now been converted into a ring.
